Additional Line Rules
During the weekend, you normally eat.
Coffee, tea and mineral water may be drunk, provided that no sugar and milk.
The salad can be seasoned with a little salt, vinegar and a dash of oil.

I do not know what you think, but I think this is absolutely not too thick. just look how bmi there stands for.
I wish I weighed 61 kilos but I'm 1.63 meters and I weigh 67.
So I think you still just as well to your self-image should look .. you're really not too heavy.

hello,
I really want to waste because I am fairly thick. the problem is that I stand by my parents live in the house and I can not do this diet, because they find me not too thick. I'm 1.72 and I weigh 61 kilos. this is still far too heavy? What should I do to lose weight? I have a lot of sports but there's nothing off, I really do not know anymore.

Hello all!
I want to begin Monday with a fat-free diet XL, but not lust figs or dates. I read anywhere that you can replace. Can someone tell me that? And that fruitsap4x which means 4x?

I did this diet a few years ago and followed a week after my teeth were "loose or missing," I could they gently move back and forth. Gums withdrawn because they were vitamins, according to the doctor ..

I have recently discovered also to have a tomato allergy. Speurend on the web, I ended up on this webblog.
My question is what other vegetables etc. replaces tomato?. If somebody knows I like to hear
