Germany starts campaign against obesity
Germany binds the fight against obesity. Better information on nutrition and a healthier 
offer in canteens and schools, the health of the German population.
They are the key elements of a National Nutrition Action Plan, a nationwide campaign by the German government decided Wednesday. In Germany, suffering two out of three men between 18 and 80 years are overweight, and about half of the women in that age group. This increases the risk of heart disease and diabetes increasing, warns the German government.
