Calories Consumption

The amount of calories you consume is dependent on a number of factors.

For example, your age, sex, weight and physical activity that you undertake important in a good calories calculation. The total calorie burning per day from the resting metabolism composed or BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) along with the energy necessary for your daily life and activities.
