As we previously reported, Erica Terpstra lost about fourty kilo (88 pounds!) of weight in the past six months. This is something she wrote about in the book “Help, I’m loosing weight!â€. This book was presented today in the Olympic Stadium in Amsterdam. It describes Erica’s fourty year battle with what she calls “Bourgondian food grazingâ€. This year, after being in a wheel chair because of her weight, she turned a mental switch: this has got to change! Publisher Tirion is responsible for the distribution.

Here experiences are recorded in “Help, I’m loosing weight!†Mrs. Terpstra is including tips as well. As the announcement of the bood reads: “Happiness is a choice†This is a quote from the philosopher Descartes. Let the experience of Erica Terpstra inspire you to make a choice.
